Clinical Business Analyst

  • Analysing our client’s requirements to design and document efficient and effective processes that meet their needs. then I translate this information into detailed system requirements for input to the solution delivery stage.
  • Documenting the solution with clarity and concision using standard solution-relevant objects, like,BPMN, Use Cases, Process Flows and Functional Documents.
  • Assisting the lead Business Analyst to coordinate between the client, software development and testing team members 

Patient Coordinator

  • Using electronic medical record files and coordinating the scheduling of future appointments for patients with all providers as directed.
  • Leading or assisting with the integration of client satisfaction initiatives; ensure that all referred client concerns and complaints are satisfactorily addressed and documented in a timely manner .

IT Service Support Manager/Scrum Master

  • Facilitated Sprint planning, Daily stand-ups, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective, Backlog refinement, Release planning, and other scrum-related meetings.
  • Assisted the Product Owner in preparing and refining the backlog for PI and sprint planning.
  • Reported the team progress with management on a bi-weekly basis using monitoring dashboard and KPIs.
  • Transitioned the teams from Waterfall to Agile and provided guidance to the team.

Junior Project Manager

  • Planned, organized, and implemented ongoing projects under the Senior Project Manager supervision.
  • Allocated resources and scheduling in PMP.
  • Coordinated with the quality assurance team and documented lessons learned after the project launched.
  • Tracked project development through PMP and JIRA software.
